Title challengers Penlan remain hot on the heels of the leaders thanks to a low scoring 12-3 victory over Cwmgors.
The Swansea outfit outscored their rivals two tries to nil thanks to wing Jason Garmey and a penalty try, with Luke Davies converting the latter.
