Wanderers maintain perfect start

Llanelli Wanderers maintained their perfect start to Division Four West with the trailblazers cruising to a 29-0 victory at Neyland.
The leaders got off to the best possible start, notching up 17 points in the first 15 minutes and never looked back, bagging a try bonus in the second half after touchdowns through a brace by centre Dan Rogers, with Karl Evan and Jonathan Griffiths also crossing. Griffiths slotted three conversions and a penalty.
Milford Haven produced a dominant second half performance to romp to a 38-9 home win over Betws.
The Mariners took a narrow lead of 10-9 into the interval but came out firing on all cylinders to score 28 unanswered points. The hosts’ tries came through Lee Riley, Grant Rogers and a double from captain Craig Thomas, while Leigh Broome also touched down and added the extras to all five tries and slotted a penalty.
Owen Higgins kicked all of the visitors’ points, firing home three first half penalties.
Amman United remain second after their convincing 65-9 home demolition of Llanybydder.
United outclassed their opponents to help themselves to ten tries including braces for Christian Madge and Dean Williams, with Rhys Williams, Adrian Thomas, Gavin Lewis, Andrew Lacey, Joel Foster and Rhys Thomas all touching down, the latter also notching up 15 points with the boot.
Meanwhile, Aberaeron recorded their third victory with a comfortable 26-0 win over Laugharne.
Elsewhere, Burry Port convincingly dispatched Trimsaran 45-6 and Hendy defeated Furnace United 26-17.
