Glamorgan Wanderers, travel to Tredegar tomorrow with both sides desperately seeking a win at the foot of Division One East.

“We expect a typical Gwent reception up in Tredegar, friendly off the field but uncompromising on the field” said forwards coach Matthew Bolton.

“We both find ourselves struggling at the bottom of the table, I would imagine the result is far more important than the performance to both our sides” added manager Gavin Walker.

The Wanderers are forced into three changes for the trip to Tredegar and they also make one positional change.
The backs all keep their places and up front Joe Russell starts at loose-head prop, Alex Luff gets his first start of the season in the second row and Dan Richards reverts to his usual position of back row. With Will Rees unavailable Gareth Knight returns at number 8.
