The night will be a celebration of the Scorpions' season at all levels from senior to the Wales Rugby League administered under 15s, 16s and 18s.
Those who attend will have the chance to meet the players and coaches and for the first time be able to vote for the Try of the Year award with nominations selected by coach Dave Clark.
As many as 96 were scored during the Scorpions’ third season, just two less than in 2011, so there are plenty to select from.
Tickets are just £10 each which includes a meal and the awards and can be bought by going to www.scorpionsrl.com.
