Llanelli Schools ran out 20-0 winners over Ceredigion in a scrappy affair, with all of the points coming in an entertaining opening half.
Both sides had chances throughout but the slippery conditions coupled with a showcase of effective scramble defence limited the score.
In the end three first half touchdowns from centre Steffan Millello (Bryngwyn), outside half Dan Gealy (Coedcae) and flying wing Shaun Pearce (Glanymor) was enough to secure victory. Scrum half Rhodri Rees (Strade) fired home a penalty and slotted a conversion to complete the scoreline.
