Felinfoel, who narrowly missed out on promotion last season, recovered from their defeat at Cimla last week with a 72 run win over Llandarcy in Division Four of the South Wales Cricket Association.
Foel batted first and made a solid 194-8, Rhys Brown (43) and Cliver Harding (46) the most notable contributors.
In reply, Llandarcy were dismissed for 113 with Craig Richards in fine form capturing 5-25.
Ystradgynlais, who struggled last year, have kicked this season’s campaign off with a seven wicket win over Baglan.
Baglan batted first and were skittled for 115 with Adrian Lock in lethal form in attack, taking 7-27.
Ystrad in reply reached their target in the 42nd over carding 116-3, Martin Griffiths the star with the bat notching up an unbeaten 75.
Llandeilo bagged a 42 run victory over new boys Cimla.
Llandeilo were put into bat and made 107, with the highlights of the innings coming from Dave Gascoigne (31).
The Neath side in reply failed to reach their target and were dismissed for just 65, Charles Bleasdale on his debut for Llandeilo capturing a wicket with his first ball.
Elsewhere, Neath III's demolished Kidwelly by 110 runs, while Llantwit Major Cavaliers are still waiting to make their debut after their match against Dyffryn was cancelled due to the pitch being deemed unplayable.
