Glamorgan Wanderers entertain Rumney in a local derby tomorrow with both sides desperate to put their dismal starts to bed.

“Local derbies are always something special and this will be as competitive as ever, despite both our poor starts” commented head coach Chris Ower. “Form goes out of the window on Saturday”

“We know we are in for a real tough game up front and it is essential we get parity in the set piece” added forwards coach Matthew Bolton

For the visit of Rumney to the Memorial Ground the Wanderers stick with the bulk of the side that went up to Gilfach last Saturday. In the backs Harry Appleton starts in place of the injured Ciaran Driscoll, while Josh Sheehan comes into the pack, with the youth Xv product starting in the second row. There is also a first outing for Rhys Griffiths, who joined from Bridgend in the summer, he takes a place on the bench.e He takes a placeon
