Ystrad aim to bounce back!

Ystrad Rhondda, who were relegated to Division Two East last season, have started their bid to bounce straight back up in formidable fashion holding the only unbeaten record in the Division and will look to maintain this form when they clash with Tylorstown tomorrow.
“Obviously our aim is to bounce straight back up. We kept the majority of our players from last season and added a few such as Kyle Evans from Cross Keys, David Grattan from Ebbw Vale and Mazin Al-Azzawi from Glamorgan Wanderers. We are very pleased with the start we’ve made to the season and hopefully we can continue our good form,” said Team Manager Bradley Hughes.
Ystrad have had a change in coaching set up this year, with former Bridgend player Simon Jenkins taking over from Mike Griffiths as forwards coach and player/backs coach Dylan Jones also joining.
